Ayer Mill Clock Tower,

Copper roof was
repaired and refastened; the bell and clock levels subfloors were
rebuilt and the clock house restored; a new tongue-in-groove ceiling
was made to match the failed ceiling at the bell level; the clock and
the steel and glass clock dials were restored and lighted, and a new
6000 lb. bell was installed. Brick arches and parapets were rebuilt
and the façade repointed and chemically cleaned
